1. Service Overview
SmartHabitr helps users discover properties and subscribe for direct access to verified house owner contact details on supported listings.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.
3. Subscription Access
Subscription plans provide access to owner contact details. Monthly and yearly plans may provide better effective pricing than weekly plans. Access requires an authenticated account.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan until cancellation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use owner contact information lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, spam, misrepresentation, automated scraping, and unlawful use are prohibited.
6. Data Accuracy and Availability
We aim to provide accurate listings and contact data, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, fraudulent activity, abuse, or legal compliance reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
SmartHabitr is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
